Cancellations: If you book a slot (Bowling, VR, Laser Tag) online and need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Rescheduling: Life happens! You can reschedule your booking by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 92172 07445.
Synergy Card Balances: Amounts loaded onto your Blaast Synergy Card are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, they never expire, so you can use them on your next visit!
Event/Party Bookings: No refunds are provided for "no-shows" or cancellations made within 48 hours of the event. You can reschedule your event for any later date.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
